About Jim Hatfield – Your Finance Representative

He's one of THOSE "Hatfields"- but that hasn't kept him from doing friendly business with quite a few McCoys! Jim spent his early work-life on a 2000 acre dairy farm, tending to herd of 400 dairy cows - that's about 12 man-hours of milking per day, every day. He went to the College of Wooster and University of Akron, where he studied finance and business administration. When Jim figured he'd learned enough, he moved from milk to money, making the jump into the finance industry. His ability to get money to dealers' customers and to get qualified borrowers to banks won him awards on both sides of the street, and earned him an appointment as Director of Finance at one firm
