Randy Abernathy Horsemanship, LLC

Randy's specialty is teaching you, the rider, the language of the horse.

About Randy Abernathy…
Randy Abernathy has been riding and training horse for over 20 yrs. He has trained under some of the top trainers in the U.S. and Canada. He has a natural talent when it comes to helping riders with their horses, which is what makes Randy's training unique. This special insight he has with horses helps riders accomplish things they never thought possible. Randy works with you and your horse on problems such as trailer loading, bucking, rearing, ground manners, etc. Most of all Randy enjoys teaching people how to communicate with their horse in way that the horse understands and teaches you to learn what your horse is trying to say to you.

Can Randy Help Riders of All Disciplines?
Yes! Randy's clinics can help all disciplines and breeds from the unbroke to the show ring. Randy teaches riding skills, how to communicate with your horse in way that the horse understands, confidence and safety.

How Long Are Randy's Clinics?
Randy is happy to tailor his clinics to the needs, and budgets of his clients. While many of Randy's clinics are 2, 3 or 5-day clinics—Randy is also happy to give a more indepth clinic of 2-3 weeks!

Can Randy Taylor A Clinic To Meet My Specific Needs?
Absolutely! Randy is very happy to work on specific problem areas or to create a clinic to meet the needs of the individuals or groups attending. Let us know in advance what your challenges and goals are and you will be delighted to see that Randy has created a program just for you or your stable to assist you with your horsemanship goals!

Will Randy Travel to My State?
You bet! Randy is fast becoming known throughout the U.S.A. and, with clinics in demand throughout the country, he is happy to make arrangements to stop by your town and state as quickly as his schedule allows!

What is Randy's Main Focus?
Randy's main focus is communication . That applies to all disciplines but will help from ground manners to how to prepare your horse for lead changes and everything in between. Without meaningful and effective "communication", your horse training efforts will be in vain. Therefore Randy sets a foundation of effective and compassionate communication with your horse upon which to build your training.

What If I Want Randy To Personally Train My Horse & Me?
No problem! Randy loves to work one on one with horse and rider! Private lessons are only $300 + travel. Monthly training is only $1500 and includes full board!

Is Randy Affordable!
Yes he is! Nothing is more expensive than an untrained horse! Randy's training cost is extremely low…especially when you consider that an untrained horse is costing you money to feed and board…AND an untrained horse can send you to the hospital! Investing in an effective and long lasting training program will be money well spent as Randy's training techniques can teach you to effectively communicate with your horse for years and years to come!

Can I Get Randy To Do A Demo?
Absolutely! In Demo's Randy will show how to communicate with your horse that makes sense to both horse and rider. He will show everything from lead changes, head elevation to laying his horse down, etc. so that you will understand just what is possible when effective communication is taking place!

A Final Word and Invitation To Call!
Randy can tailor a clinic to any barn and he can help in all disciplines whether it be English, Western, Performance, etc. Randy is careful to tailor his clinics to the level and needs of the riders attending. (Randy has found it is useless to try to teach flying lead changes to riders that don't have control of their horses at a walk and trot!) Randy enjoys traveling up and down the East coast doing clinics and demos and helping riders with their horses and teaching riders how to communicate with their horses. Randy's specialty is teaching you, the rider, the language of the horse. Call and talk to his wife Bunnie today to arrange to meet with Randy—you'll always be glad you did!
