What Sizes Are Available-- and How Much Hay Does My Happy-Grazer Hold?
Happy-Grazers is available in two different net sizes for the easy or hard keepers.  All equines quickly learn they have food when they want it and pace their eating according to their individual needs.  Hard keepers often gain weight and easy keepers tend to level out.

Our feeders hold up to 2 full bales per feeder.  No more having to get up early, if you don’t want to, because you “have to feed the horses”.  No more having to leave your friends to be home by a certain time because “I have to feed the horses”. You can set a worry free feeding schedule that meets your individual and equine needs.

Is It True That Happy-Grazer's Unique Design Keeps The Hay Off The Ground?
Happy-Grazer’s uniquely designed legs keep the feeder and the hay off the ground out of the mud and dust and sand. However, the legs can be shortened, or completely removed to accommodate the individual size and needs of your grazer.

Is It True That The Nets Are "One-of-a-kind" and Made Exclusively FOR Happy-Grazers?

ABSOLUTELY and boy are we picky! Happy-Grazers' nets cannot be found anywhere else in the US Market as they are made Exclusively for "Happy-Grazers"!  Made out of a highly advanced form of knotless netting, that delivers superior strength and performance over conventional netting, The patented process maximizes fiber attributes which eliminates knots. The braids are balanced with a 4 strand constuction and filaments run continuously throughout the netting so strength is enhanced.

Isn't Knotless Far Better For My Horse's Gums?
Duh! That is why we went to great lengths to achieve the nearly impossible with our exclusive design! Knots create great wear and tear on your horse's  sensitive gums!  Our one-of-a-kind Knotless design is FAR gentler on your horses delicate gums and teeth. We want to slow down the eating to mimic grazing-- not damage the gums. Knotless is as gentle as it gets and NO ONE has this exclusive 'technology'!

But Won't My Horse Be Eating All The Time?

At first yes.  Most domestic horses have been fed meals through out the day.  But this is not how mother nature intended it for their digestive system.  Horses NEED to graze 24/7.  When you see them in a pasture, they are not gulping down massive meals of grass, they are instead eating little by little.  But because many horses are on meals, they are anxious, gulping everything down as fast as possible.  Once the light bulb goes off in their heads that there is always food available in the slow feeder, then they will begin to relax, move away, do other things, come back, nibble, go away....  etc.  Every horse is different with this adjustment time.  Usually we see it takes about a week, but we have heard of horses taking a few months.  The key is to not give up and always have food in the feeder.  That light bulb will go off!

Can Slow Feeding Really Change The Attitude Of My Horse?

Yes!  I don't know about you, but I sure can be a grumpy person when I'm hungry!  Well, your horse can be too!  LOL   Seriously, we have noticed a change in all of our horses.  And we constantly hear this from our customers.  Imagine, we can go out on a ride at ANY time that we want, because we are not worried about if they have had their meals yet or not.  Since they are eating on their own schedule rather then on ours.  It's easy to go and the horses just have a better attitude, since they are no longer worried about when they will get fed.

Isn't It Better For My Horse To Have Food On The Stomach BEFORE Riding?
Yes.... empty stomachs are actually stomachs filled with stomach acid and that acid splashes around during riding causing a perfect opportunity to create ulcers! By slow feeding with Happy-Grazers all day, they don't have this acid build up and your rides are far safer-- and happier-- for your horse!
