Miniature horses are a “height’ breed. They cannot exceed 38” in height (taken from the base of the mane to the ground). Miniature horses are not ponies, but true horses in miniature form. They can be Appaloosa, Arabian, Draft, Quarter horse, Thoroughbred style and more….just like their cousins in the big Horse world.
