How Often Do I Use The Wash or Apply The Gel?

Our Silver Power Wash and Silver Power Gel are both natural and completely safe so you can technically use it as often as you want without concern. However, we do recommend twice to three times a day which will provide sufficient care without product wastage.

What About Puncture Wounds?

If there is any doubt of the severity of the puncture wound, do check with your veterinarian. That being said, puncture wounds do remarkably well with our combo wound management system comprised of the Power Wash and Power Gel. Is It True That "Silver Gel" ALSO Discourages Flies?

Yes! In our lab we have noticed flies avoiding the gel as they find it distasteful. We recommend applying it around eyes, ears and nose to help reduce the pesky flies that annoy your equine. Also this prevents flies from laying larva on any open wounds which can lead to serious illness if left unmanaged.

Can I apply The Gel Daily If Needed?

Yes! We recommend twice a day with up to three times a day which typically is sufficient to help average wounds. Since it is safe and does not cause any side effects, you can use it as much you believe based on your individual situation. However, typically up to three times a day will be sufficient without product wastage.
