What Kinds of Doors Are Available At StallWorks?
So glad you asked! StallWorks provides a variety of doors such as Dutch, Loft, Bale, Barn and Aisle-way Doors. We manufacture the doors in house from start to finish which helps to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. Take a look at what we have to offer:

Barn Doors: Our Barn Doors are some of the most flexible, versatile options we have available. They offer the look of a dutch door while offering the functionality of an individual door. They can be solid or include windows. These doors are excellent for both interior and exterior applications, from tack and feed rooms to outside doorways. They also provide a more weather-resistant finish than dutch doors and can withstand a lot of tough use. Additionally, they are flexible in design. If you want a more classic look with a hinged opening, we can make that for you. If you want ease of access and a stylish modern feel, we can provide you with a slide opening and wear-resistant tracks.

Bale DoorsAdding Bale Doors to your barn is the perfect way to draw light in while also allowing your animals a chance to see out into nature and socialize with one another. These doors are made of durable metal that resists exposure to the elements and extreme weather conditions. They won’t fade or rust and are made to last for many years. Like our other door options, these bale doors can be customized to fit your needs. They are constructed out of 18GA galvannealed steel, panel perimeters and crossbucks, along with 14GA galvannealed steel jambs, heavy duty hinges and a plywood core. We offer endless customizability options. You can get your bale doors built in the exact size and color that you want, along with customizing hinge movements.

Note:
Window options are also available, which are made of 3/16″ double-pane tempered glass with internal gridding.

Dutch Doors: Our Dutch Doors are built to last. If you want to add a new level of accessibility for both yourself and your livestock, installing dutch doors is your answer. Like bale doors, they provide ventilation and windowing abilities. They also provide direct access to the contents of your barn without having to use a main barn door.
We use 18GA galvannealed steel to build our dutch doors so they will last for years and withstand all kinds of conditions. A 5/8″ plywood core with a 26GA metal liner glued up for strength ensures rigid durability. Additionally, we offer other customization options, such as size and color, to fit with whatever style of barn you possess.

Aisle Entry Doors:  Our aisle entry doors will not only be functional for years to come, they will also make a statement out of the front of your barn. These aren’t your average sliding doors. These doors have a plywood core and are made with 16GA galvannealed steel, a 5″ steel perimeter and crossbucks. They open and close smoothly along heavy-duty delrin trolleys, and can be customized to fit any rough opening you have. All Aisle Entry Doors come standard with 3/16″ double pane tempered glass windows with internal grids. These doors won’t twist or rot over time, so you won’t have to keep repairing or replacing them. They are built for decades of hard use and for assisting you in raising generations of livestock and horses. They are also big enough to allow plenty of room for moving animals or materials in and out. When you put up these aisle entry doors, you’re looking at the long haul and the bigger picture of your barn.

Loft Doors: Our loft doors provide easy access to your barn’s upper storage areas. They also provide a great option for customization if you want to add a decorative element to the upper level of your barn. No matter what your purpose for them these doors provide easy access, ventilation and a stylish look.
Our doors can be built to suit your needs. If you want them to be set on hinges so they will open wide, we can do that. If you want to set them on tracks so they will slide, we can do that, too. They are made using 18GA galvannealed steel, panel perimeters and crossbucks. They also include 14GA galvannealed steel jambs, and have a 5/8″ quality plywood core.

What If I Need Horse Stalls Too?
StallWorks has the best! Our long-lasting Stall Systems are perfect for any barn. We offer a wide variety of options so you can order the stall equipment that works best for your needs. Our stalls are durable, stylish, and resistant to all kinds of wear, rust, and fading. They are made of the highest quality 14GA galvannealed steel, 3-4” on center grills, heavy duty Delrin trolleys and reliable doorstops. As a result, they provide ample protection for and easy access to your horses and other livestock.

We have two lines of Stalls: Our more economical but beautiful product line of stalls with options for openings in the stall doors and grill sections that can be mixed and matched to meet your specific needs. For example you can do all bars in the stall door or a fold down door section or a v-neck. In the grills we have all bars or a grill with a swing out door or a feed opening. Our second product line we have is our European stall fronts if you are going for that more high end look, which also has a variety of options .
