You’ll be in good company! Most horse owners are thrilled to have the chance to work with Carson James. His personal attention to YOU as an individual and - your horse— is second to none. Carson’s clinics (run by Carson James Horsemanship, LLC) are offered in 2- or 3‑day formats at host facilities nationwide.

Clinic curriculum typically includes: groundwork, rein management, bridling and mounting, backing, lateral and speed control, sidepassing, stops, straightness, balance, and rider mindset/refinement—tailored to each participant’s horse and goals

Riders work in groups (up to 12) in split sessions; Sunday in three‑day clinics runs 8 AM–2 PM with no lunch break

Can I Actually Make Money By Hosting A Carson James Clinic?
Hosting a Carson James clinic is fun, helpful to all your horse friends who want to do better with their horses and yes, you can do quite well actually— and be providing an outstanding, fun and educational service to your friends.

A $1,000 deposit is required to hold your dates for a clinic

Example of ticket price: For a 3 day clinic, you could charge $600 per participant. That totals $14,400 (if you have 24 riders total). After paying Carson's fee, arena rental, etc., you would pocket the rest as profit.

How Do I Register For A Clinic?
Registration is handled through the clinic host. Fees are usually around $700–900 for participants (e.g., $725–$900 depending on location), with auditor options available at lower rates

A non‑refundable deposit (typically ~$350–450) holds your spot; final payment deadlines vary per clinic—often 1–3 months before event date

Campsites, stalls, and meals may be included or available for a small fee; hosts may also offer dry/RV camping, indoor stalls, and optional activities like dinner with Carson or massage services, depending on location- you can talk to us and we’ll check for you.

Who Can Participate and What Should They Bring?

Participants must be at least 13 years old; minors are required to wear helmets at all times
Bring a signed waiver (adult or minor form) to check‑in. Without it, entry to the arena is not allowed

Recommended tack: snaffle bit with leather curb strap, traditional bosal, or rope halter for riding; rope halter with long lead (8 ft or more) for groundwork; lunge whip with flag or plastic bag for desensitizing exercises
Plan for walking, trotting, and loping on a loose rein—but clinics adapt to suit individual horse readiness and rider goals.

Is There A Guarantee or Refund Policy?
