Kombat Boots is a family owned and operated business. Russell Schider and his sister Connie oversees operations. Russ and Connie have been actively involved in breeding, racing, and pinhooking thoroughbred horses for over 15 years. Connie and her husband Don have a farm in Ocala, FL and are long standing members of the Florida Thoroughbred Breeders and Owners Association.

Kombat Boots
Kombat Boots, a first-ever yeast pellet, was named for its remarkable ability to improve hoof growth in horses. Horsemen have known for many years the benefits of feeding yeast to horses. The problem has always been how to get enough yeast into horses to meet their daily requirement. Feed companies, yeast manufacturers, and numerous scientists have tried for years to develop a yeast pellet that does this, without success. Until now!

Kombat Boots is a yeast pellet, flavored with apple and caramel. The horses love it and we guarantee 100 grams of all natural yeast in every 8 oz. serving. Various feed products on the market now use yeast cultures, yeast extracts, yeast powders, or other yeast pellets containing minimal amounts of yeast. The two reasons why Kombat Boots is so superior to other yeast products are the required amount of yeast it provides and the quality of yeast used in production. There is no way around those two important differences. Look all you want, but you simply will not find any other product that contains anything close to what Kombat Boots has.

Kombat Ready
The base of Kombat Ready is B&B Premium 21%, a proprietary chemical mixture of monocalcium and dicalcium phosphates. B&B Premium 21% has very low levels of impurities and dust, therefore, absorption of these minerals is significantly enhanced. The balance and purity of Kombat Ready will promote growth and maintain sound structural development in young horses and combat nutritionally related developmental orthopedic disease. Kombat Ready will ease the stresses of the high performance horse due to its balance and purity. No filler formulation means high absorption rates and low contaminant rates: simply getting what you paid for. Additional salt or electrolytes should be offered to active horses to offset loss through perspiration.

Can I Feed Kombat Boots Just Until My Horse Has Reached Good Health and Then Stop?
The effects of yeast are somewhat temporary (7-10 days). If you discontinue the feeding of Kombat Boots, the horse's digestive system will soon return to the state at which the use of Kombat Boots began.

Can I Feed The Daily Allowance All At Once, or Is It Better To Split It Into Two Servings A Day?
No, it is much more effective to split up the daily dosage in to 2 servings throughout the day. Best if fed with the feed in the morning, and then with the feed at night. Example: 4 oz in the am and 4 oz in the pm.

Can I Overfeed Kombat Boots?
No you cannot overfeed the product. In many cases you should feed more than the required amount. Horses will simply not use what they don't need. If you let them, horses will eat more than they need, however it does not do them any good after a certain point.

Can I Cut Back To Half Rations After A Few Months Use?
No, a horse has to get its requirement for the product to work. It is a numbers game. If you do not feed the minimum recommended dose, the product, and yeast for that matter, will not carry out its major function. It won’t happen overnight, but a horse will soon return to its pre-Kombat Boots state if the right dose is not fed.

Why Don't I See The Same Results With All Yeast Products? Yeast Is All The Same, Right?
Wrong, yeast is not all the same. The required amount and quality of yeast significantly dictates its effectiveness in an animal.
