The Reveal 4-N-1 is a rugged hard working tool designed to make arena preparation and maintenance easier and less time consuming. We offer five different models for you to choose from depending on your needs:

Regular Model - adaptable to smaller tractors (23hp- 4wd - 32hp- 4wd) with all the same capabilities of the other models (weighs 320 lbs less than the heavyweight)

Heavyweight Model- used with larger tractors (50hp-130hp) used to move heavier soils and /or the need to move more soil at a time

Short Model - used in tighter working areas - having only has one leveling channel it shortens the unit by two feet

Wheel Unit - allows unit to be used as a land plane, which makes leveling a lot easier, as well as maintaining that level. Great when you have multiple operators. Wheel unit is necessary to use laser equipment.

What does the Reveal 4-N-1 actually combine into one pass?

The Reveal 4-N-1 puts the work of four separate ground tools onto a single three-point implement, so you never hook and unhook a string of equipment to finish one arena. In order, the tool runs a row of chisel plows, a leveling box built from two angled channels, a staggered harrow beam, and a spiked roller. Because the functions are hydraulically operated, the operator controls every adjustment from the tractor seat instead of climbing off between passes. How do the chisel plows, box, harrow, and roller each do their job?
The chisel plows rip the ground from 0" to 7 1/2" deep, with reversible teeth in 2" wide standard or hard-faced versions plus 6", 8", or 12" sweep options. The box uses two angled channels — a front channel that cuts off high material and pushes it outward, and a rear channel that catches and returns it to center — and its rear wings extend 6" past everything else so you can pull footing back from the rail without leaving the usual ridge. The harrow beam (a 4"x6" or 6"x6" beam with two staggered rows of teeth) combs and settles the worked material, factory-set to 3" deep and hydraulically raised for larger stone. Finally, the 5" or 6" diameter roller, studded with 1/2"x1" steel pins in a spiral pattern and spring-loaded against damage, breaks remaining clods and firms the surface.
