What makes a safe kickboard wall for an indoor arena?

Arena walls and kickboards take kicks, rider legs, flying footing and moisture every day. A solid, splinter-free wall along the rail protects horses and riders and keeps footing inside the arena. Look for panels that resist impact, do not absorb water and can be pressure washed, so the lower wall does not crack, splinter or rot where horses and riders brush against it.
