Urine and moisture work their way under stall mats and soak into wooden subfloors, which eventually go soft, swell and rot. Urine-safe stall flooring uses non-porous panels with zero water absorption that can be washed and disinfected, so the floor under the mats stays sound. Match the panel thickness, framing and support spacing to the load the floor will carry.
